The St. Francis County Sheriff’s Office Administration Division is headed by Chief Deputy J.R. Kersey. The office administration division consist of 3 employees Administrative Assistant-Elna Pitts, Deputy Court Clerk-Kandyce Fisher and Fine and Collections Clerk-Earnestine Broadway.
